Unzip .zip file with Thai (non-UTF8) encoded filename

Some ZIPs file was created with non-UTF8 encoded filename. We can unzip it with following command:

UNZIP="-O tis620" unzip -x somefile.zip

You may replace tis620 with other encoding.
